Born in Kentucky in 1951, he has lived in the North and South of the United States, as well as on both the East and West Coasts.

Raised in a middle class family, Arbra attended public schools in several different states, finally receiving a College Degree in Business Management. Originally trained by IBM, Arbra has been a Computer Professional for over 30 years.

He started out as an Assembler Language programmer on large IBM Mainframe equipment. As the industry changed, Arbra continuously kept pace with the latest technology in the industry.

Arbra is President of the Computer Consulting firm Micro-To-Mainframe Consultants. He founded the company in 1987 and the company website can be viewed by clicking here: www.microtomainframe.com.
He now lives on the waterfront in Central Florida with his wife and dog.
